First, you have minimal have 50 followers on your Twitter. How to get many-many Followers? Sign up yourself at Tweetergetter also at ViralFollowers. You will get lots of Followers in no time 
After that, you must register to the RevTwt. This is actually working like PPC (Pay Per Click) cause you’re getting paid by posting their link advertisement, if someone (your followers) click that link from RevTwt, you be paid. The payment currently is only by Paypal. Good luck!
